Helping Hands is a year round ministry that focuses on the need of the less fortunate. Started by initiating events at the Frank Garrett Community Center to reach needy children, seniors and struggling families. Over the past five years we have taken on different projects and expanded our contributions.

• We collect donations year round: We try to focus on a specific needs and do special collection drives (School supplies, Diapers, Warm clothes, Children’s books).

• Thanksgiving Dinner: We collect donations, purchase turkeys and fixings and help set up a dinner party and serve 500 to 800 at the community center.

• Christmas toy drive: Sponsor special Christmas party and with the help of Santa Clause we distribute 2,000+ toys to needy children in the community in a special event at the community center
